When renting the 6 Yard Dumpsters for dirt, concrete, or gravel/sand. Any materials outside of the designated type for the dumpster rented will be considered prohibited.

Including prohibited items may result in additional fees to cover the extra costs of handling and disposing of these materials properly. For 10 to 40 Yard Dumpsters, prohibited items incur a $150 fee.
Mattresses and tires require special disposal methods due to their materials and environmental impact. The fees ($25 per mattress, $10 per tire, $100 per item with freon) cover the costs associated with their proper recycling or disposal.
Legacy Dumpster Rental does not accept hazardous waste or items due to safety and environmental regulations. We recommend contacting the Sedgwick County Hazardous Materials facility, or your local waste management authority or a specialized disposal service for guidance on safely disposing of these items.
